Keep frozen. Cooking: Allow to thaw up to 3 days in refrigerator. Season or marinate as desired. To pan-fry, dredge in flour, brown in hot oil, and then cook over Low heat for 10-15 min. To braise, add a little water and cover, cook over medium heat on range top. To roast, place covered in a 350 degrees F oven for 1-1/2 hour. To broil, brush with melted butter and broil about 2-1/2 minutes each side. Enjoy! Safe Handling: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
